Still Here!

Well, baby Charlotte and I are still in the hospital, hoping that we can go home tomorrow. She had a heart murmur that was not there yesterday so the pediatrician wanted her to stay one more day. I am having issues with pain in my legs which means blood clots usually.

I am so tired and honestly can not wait to get home to be able to sleep, maybe. LOL. Thanksgiving was okay, Jeff and M came up to visit us, but Jeff does not like the hospital and I can not really blame him for that. So he is not having any of me while I am here, it was so much worse when I had IVs in and was attached to machines.

To say that I am overwhelmed and overly emotional right now is honestly an understatement. I look at her and I cry sometimes. I am so happy she is here and she is amazing but sometimes I have to question my sanity! I am so exhausted beyond what I am normally and I have so much that is about to be going on with doctors for the baby. She did fail the second hearing test again, so now we need to see a hearing person. Ugh. I know it is common, but this is the first kid I have had to deal with this with.

Not to mention all the pediatric appointments every other day for the next couple of months. Although it might be different because she is being bottle fed, so she is not losing weight at all. So, hopefully it will not be like it was with Jeff, but we will soon find out.

I gotta run and feed Charlie..

Ultrasound

Okay so Tuesday was my second ultrasound and also the redraw for the genetic testing. I should possibly have those results in a couple of weeks or so. So about August 7th. Which also happens to be M’s birthday!

I do have photos to add and I will at the end of the post. The ultrasound tech said she thinks it is a girl! So, Charlotte Elizabeth Gardner is on the way! We are both thrilled to pieces! However, we have absolutely nothing for a girl! My friend Becky is putting together an online baby shower for me because so many of my friends are in other states, which is nice of her!

I will post the link for the registries here too.. I found one site that will host all three registries so you can use Amazon, Walmart, or Target to get the things I have on my baby registries there. Which is so much easier than keeping track of all three!!

I do have to go back for a third ultrasound but not until September because baby Charlotte was laying on her spine and would not move for us! So, they have some other anatomy things they want to see as well and make sure she is growing well. As of right now everything is great! I have a doctor appointment on August 3rd and a dentist appointment next Monday. Not really looking forward to that, but I have to be healthy!

Jeff is doing well, starting to walk.. he has taken a total of 3 steps on his own so far and I was just shocked!!! As soon as he figures out how to do it again, I am in trouble! I am sort of looking forward to those days but not really. Time is flying by and he is growing up so fast! I miss the new born days with him, but he is his own little person and complete with a temper to match his red hair!

Guess What?!!?!

Okay, now I can tell you what the big news is!! I am pregnant again and the baby is due on Dec.6,2015! M and I are both happy and excited! I announced on FB just a little bit ago so now I can tell you all here! I need to change the title of the blog now and I I have an idea of what I want.. So I will be tinkering with this place just so you know. 

Today was horribly long and I need to go rest.
